Randall Bourquin
Randall Bourquin has joined MHP Real Estate Services as a director and a member of The Kemp Team, which is spearheaded by Karen Kemp. With over 30 years of experience in luxury retail and as an accomplished Sales Executive his extensive expertise encompasses both East and West Coast retail markets.
Randall began his initial real estate career 15 years ago which lends itself to his vast knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and buildings. His luxury retail expertise coupled with his real estate experience has provided Randall with the unique ability to develop successful turnaround strategies in under-performing New York City markets and appropriately source new storefront locations. His in-depth understanding of business operations has created exceptional opportunities for both him and his clients.
Randall’s clients benefit from his ability to cultivate strong long-term relationships comprising of real estate professionals and luxury retailers throughout his career.
Randall graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Modern European History from Xavier University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York.
In his free time, Randall enjoys CrossFit and Skiing.
