JOHN P. HOWARD
John P. Howard joined MHP Real Estate Services in 2007 and serves as a Managing Director specializing in representing both tenants and landlords throughout Manhattan.
Mr. Howard has represented clients from a wide array of industries including Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc., ByDesign LLC; Jones Jeanswear Group; Just One; Breaking Waves; Jay Suites; David Peyser Sportswear Wade Clark Mulcahy and the Hawthorne Country Day School.
In addition to offering tenant representation services, Mr. Howard is also a member of the exclusive leasing team for LH Charney Associates’ 1410 Broadway and 1441 Broadway, totaling more than 1.2 million square feet of office space in Manhattan.
Prior to joining MHP, Mr. Howard was an Account Executive with Nationstar Mortgage, a national residential mortgage lender.
Mr. Howard graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management.
Mr. Howard is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
