JESSE RUBENS
Jesse Rubens joined MHP Real Estate Services in 2002 with a proven record of accomplishment and strength in a number of significant areas, including Real Estate Marketing & Sales, Contract and Lease Negotiations, Corporate Advisory Services, Landlord/Tenant Representation, Design of Leasing Programs, Property Valuation & Financial Analysis. While at MHP, Mr. Rubens, who was recently named Partner in the Brokerage Services department, has directed numerous leasing agency teams including 1412 Broadway, 556 West 22nd Street, 1180 Avenue of the Americas, 639 West 46th Street and 15 East 26th Street, as well as numerous other midtown, midtown south, and outer borough properties. Mr. Rubens is presently the lead leasing agent for 180 Maiden Lane.
Jesse has directed leasing agency teams for 1251 Avenue of the Americas, aka the former Exxon building (where he leased over 1.5 million square feet over a four year period), 660 Madison Avenue, 152 West 57th Street – aka Carnegie Hall Tower, and numerous other midtown properties.
Jesse has also formulated marketing programs for significant portfolio sales, including a three parcel portfolio in the emerging market of Sunset Park, Brooklyn and for 1412 Broadway, a 400,000 square foot office and showroom building in Midtown Manhattan.
Mr. Rubens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York. He spent his junior year at The Sorbonne, Paris, France. Mr. Rubens also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham Law School, New York, and was admitted to the Bar in 1991.
He resides in Manhasset, New York, with his wife and three young children.
